Meeting between the head of the Delegation of the European Union to Cuba and CIPI

Last Tuesday, April 2^nd, a meeting took place in Havana (Cuba) between the head of the Delegation of the European Union (EU) on the island, Ambassador Alberto Navarro, and the Centro de Investigaciones de Política Internacional (CIPI). During this meeting, the ambassador made a speech about the EU integration process, the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP). Issues related to migration, the impacts of Brexit on Europe and the development of international relations were also addressed.

This type of meeting strengthens the excellent bilateral relations between the European Union and Cuba that have followed the signing and implementation of the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement (PDCA) signed between the parties.
