Dialogue on EU-Cuba Cooperation

On November 19th, an EU delegation chaired by Stefano Manservisi, Director General for International Cooperation and Development of the European Commission (DEVCO), and formed of Alberto Navarro, Ambassador of the European Union to Cuba, Jolita Butkeviciene, DEVCO's Director for Latin America and the Caribbean, and representatives from the European External Action Service and the EU Delegation to the island held the first formal dialogue on cooperation in Havana since the provisional entry into force of the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement (PDCA) between the European Union and Cuba.
